Delete your account

You can delete your StreamBox Player account in any of these ways:

In the app: Settings → Account → Delete my account.
Online: sign in to My account and choose Delete my account.
By email: write to support@streambox.fun from your account’s email address. We delete it within 30 days.

Deleting your account removes your email address, name, devices and sign-ins, and signs out every device. We keep purchase records without your email for accounting purposes, and a record that a device has used its free trial.

If you subscribed through Google Play or the Amazon Appstore, cancel the subscription there as well. Deleting your account doesn’t cancel it.
